Wall Hero Return Policy

If you wish to return your WALL HERO, take these steps:

1. You must send and email to returns@wallhero.com.au with a description outlining the reason for your return. An assessment will be made of each claim. You will then either receive a Return Authorisation form to complete, or an email seeking to obtain further information with regards to your claim.

2. You MUST return your WALL HERO and all related graphics on the liner your WALL HERO came on. We cannot accept a WALL HERO that is returned with any missing graphics.

3. You must return your WALL HERO inside of the tube that it was originally shipped in and it must be clearly marked "WALL HERO Return".

We only accept returns for defective products.

If your WALL HERO was never removed from the liner it came on, and you believe the product is defective, then you can return it, with all accompanying graphics, within 30 days of the delivery date, to exchange it for another one or receive a refund.

If you have removed any part of you WALL HERO from the liner, you cannot return it.
